You can display text in code formatting by putting it inside backticks (the key left of the 1).
However, that only works for images. I'm not seeing it work for video.
Eh, luckily in this case the video embed deal is a bit of a hack anyway. We should look into getting true inline embedding. All we're doing now is linking an image preview from youtube that links to a youtube video.
It looks like it'll require a plugin. Mods will let us know if/when they install one.

What they said. It's not actually an imbed but rather a hyper-linked picture. Hopefully we can get an update!
