I know they made an effort to condense the number of categories so it didn't seem overwhelming.

As an alternative to additional categories you might consider using the playershop or service tags on your post in one of the current folders.

You can add a tag to any 1st/original post in a category. It's a bar on the left side under the compose area.

Could the Profession section be fleshed out with other topics and kind of make that area the questions sections for Dev and player related questions. Add a few more topics and change the overall title to reflect the changes.

@Whirlin Can you disable the ctrl+f function so I can search pages for keywords?

@sabotage I'm able to CTRL+F to search the page for keywords. What browser are you using and do you have any extensions installed?

ctrl+f brings up a little bar (not the usual one) in the website for me.

Chrome. Just ad blocker and tampermonkey. It works on every other website.

Ok, this is weird. When I click in this white box that I am typing in, it works as normal. If I click on the background outside this reponse box it does the weird thing that I don't like.

When I hit CTRL + F in chrome it brings up the chrome search box which will search for keywords on the page. Not sure why yours is working differently.

Make sure you don't have -- Enable In-Topic Searching -- Enabled in your profile settings.

Yeah, thats it. Works normal now. Shouldn't be a default setting imho.

I don't remember it being the default option, I don't remember unchecking it.
