Official: New Reim Command - REIM CLEAR

What is its intended use? I don't get it.

I only skimmed the thread talking about it, but there is some issue with getting locked out of Reim or "wasting" some aspect of your time there that this command can alleviate.

If your premium timer has an hour left and you enter with a paid entry and then want to re-enter with a premium entry... you would then need to wait out the full 2 hour timer before being able to use it, thereby forcing people to only use paid entries after that point.
