a mithril-edged large iron cube

Just found this in a box, and Google doesn't come up with anything. I know that raising it casts Minor Elemental Edge. Anyone know if it's more special than that? Maybe wizard/merchant rechargeable? Maybe even self-charging?

It appears to have no zests.

edit: BTW, there was a post somewhere on the officials about another similar cube, which was #7 of 10.

405 and/or loresong should tell you the charges or if its self charging.

I was told several charges. Be a shame if that's all it has and will ever have. I've already used two charges during testing. It also weighs 20 pounds. Odd item to create if it really can't be recharged.

I'm guessing it can't be opened?

Safe to assume it isn't wizard enchantable. It's a shame if it becomes useless once the charges are gone. Maybe Bazzlewyn would recharge them?
