In the gilt-hued case you see a small granite triangle, a polished bronze square and a smooth red crystal.

The magic things in the case in the Wayback Wagon ARE magical, but don't do what you hope they will. All of them can be worn, though.

The small granite triangle contains a few charges of Blink.

The smooth red crystal contains several charges of Flaming Aura.
