When reposting from Officials: add OP and URL before copypasta please

Simple request for all those folks who love to share official reposts from the Officials -- Please add the ORIGINAL AUTHOR and URL at the top of your post, before the wall of copypasta.

edit- when folks do this, it shows in the preview on Unread items which is handy and the link snippet is also functional. Example:

I've started to do this and i'm sure Alastir will as well.

Right now i'll just stick with the formating of: QUOTE from [GM Name]: URL of post.

Anyone can feel free to come up with an easier/better one, especially if they want to use markdowns. I'll go with whatever people think is best.
