It's now possible to ANALYZE inventory items at event shops (e.g. Duskruin, Ebon Gate, and other locations where you normally see items in the room and can interact with them before purchasing).

Makes you wonder if it is a coding limitation with pawnshop tables, or if it would be seen as unbalanced in some way to analyze those items.
I would imagine the they may have had to code new tables or shop surfaces to make this change. The pawnshop may be too old to consider doing that in a timely manner.
However, I'm not sure ANALYZE would be super useful in there anyhow. You'd mainly want to know enchant, flares, enhancive properties, etc.
