This was fixed.
Sorry about that guys, that was my bad. Was working on a better backup & restore script against the staging instance and docker inadvertantly cpied over something that it definitely should not cp over. There appears to have been no database data lost, though perhaps some uploads did not make it off of the server since yesterday's backup.
